Sabrina Elliott is the founder of Salience Training & Consultancy Ltd, bringing over 20 years of industry experience across legionella, asbestos, and compliance services.

Before founding Salience, Sabrina built an extensive career as a Subject Matter Expert and Key Account Manager within a global organisation, supporting clients operating in highly regulated environments. This experience has shaped her practical, solutions-focused approach to consultancy and training today.

Background & Qualifications

Sabrina studied Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Science at A-Level before completing a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science & Geology at the University of Derby.

This strong academic foundation underpins her technical expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant services.

Industry Experience

With over two decades of experience, Sabrina has carried out investigative legionella and water hygiene risk assessments across a wide range of environments, including:

• NHS and BUPA healthcare facilities

• Schools and education settings

• Large commercial buildings

• Sports and leisure centres

 

Her work spans projects across the UK, supporting organisations in managing risk, maintaining compliance, and protecting occupants.

Sabrina has extensive specialist experience within the healthcare sector, including:

• Contract managing a major project delivering legionella and pseudomonas risk assessments at Basildon and Thurrock University Hospital

• Appointment as Deputy Authorising Engineer (Water) at Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital

 

In addition to water hygiene, Sabrina is also a qualified asbestos surveyor, offering a multi-disciplinary approach to compliance and risk management.
